Her Specialty include cataract surgery(Phaco), Pediatric Ophthalmology and squint surgery. She is one among the pioneers to do phaco surgeries. With years of experience and knowledge she has been contributing as faculty to various prestigious conferences like American Society Of Cataract & Refractive Surgery (Ascrs), Usa American Academy Of Ophthalmology (Aao), Usa ,All Inida Ophthalmological Society (Aios),Delhi Ophthlamological Society (Dos).

In 2017 Dr. Reena Sethi, was awarded the prestigious EYE HEALTH HERO award by the International Agency for Prevention Of Blindness, UK for her stellar work in community Ophthalmology.
